Japanese Speaking Ministries (Nihongo-Bu)
The Japanese-speaking ministry is few in number but strives for spiritual growth as it continues the legacy of the first generation Japanese founders of the church.
A Japanese-English bilingual worship service is held every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. Bible study and fellowship is led by Pastor Hiroko Suzuki in Japanese after worship and Tuesday evenings.
TIFF (Together In Faith and Fellowship)
Everyone is invited to participate in fellowship and support through fellowship and mission activities. TIFF meets quarterly (on the fifth Sundays) after worship.
Men are invited to participate in Bible Study with relevancy to life experiences. They convene for fellowship and support as they strive to gain a deeper understanding of their faith. Meetings are held on the first Saturday of every other month at 9:00 am.
This inter-generational group meets for dinner fellowship, followed by Bible Study and prayer. This provides the opportunity to share joys and concerns, and lift those concerns and prayers, as a group, up to God. They gather every Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm during the school year.
Nursing Home Ministry
Every month a group of volunteers visit a nearby convalescent home. They share music, words of encouragement, a brief message and refreshments with the residents. Visits occur after Sunday worship after sharing lunch together.
